Phoenix Driver Slams into Care Facility

Monday, November 17th, 2014 Auto Liability Property

One person was hurt and half a dozen others are out of their home after a car smashed into a care facility near 35th Avenue and Deer Valley. To make matters worse, police believe the driver may have done it on purpose. Police say the car slammed right into the home, through the living room and all the way to the kitchen on Sunday night.
Seven people were inside the home at the time because the home acts as a care facility for patients with traumatic brain injuries; five were patients and two employees. Many of the patients are wheelchair bound.
