3 people were injured and some lanes of Interstate 10 were closed after a big rig collided with another vehicle near Cook Street Monday night. Traffic was still moving slowly as of 11 p.m. The eastbound freeway lanes were finally all reopened by 1 a.m. Tuesday. The California Highway Patrol says the crash happened just before 5:15 p.m Monday in the Eastbound lanes of I-10 just west of Cook Street. The crash may have involved a third vehicle, possibly another big rig says C.H.P.
