
Five people were injured early Monday morning after a serious accident involving a police cruiser. Two police officers were injured as a result of the three car crash. The crash occurred shortly after 3:00 a.m. after police responded to a shooting on the 2900 block of Cumberland Street. Police responded to the call to find a 24-year-old male shooting victim, who was shot in the legs 3 times. According to the police, the officers put the shooting victim in their cruiser, and activated the cruisers lights and sirens, and began to transport him to Temple University Hospital.
