Kentucky School Bus Crash Sends 20 To Hospitals

Officials say a semi-truck rear-ended a school bus, which then hit a police car, injuring 19 elementary school students. Jefferson County Public Schools spokeswoman Mandy Simpson said the bus was carrying 36 students Friday morning when the crash occurred. The hurt students and bus driver were taken to hospitals with minor injuries. Further details weren’t immediately available. Two officers in the police car were not hurt.
