Wet Roads Lead To Wrecks In North Texas

Thursday, April 23rd, 2015 Auto Liability

The wet roads caused a number of accidents in North Texas early Thursday morning. Interstate 35 near the Highway 67 merge was shut down after a crash involving an 18-wheeler. The truck jackknifed and ended up on its side, spilling out fuel.
It also pinned an SUV against the median wall. Fortunately the person inside was not hurt. Flooding shut down part of Highway 75 in McKinney. Both the north and southbound lanes of the highway near Virginia Parkway were under water, causing two accidents. Crews actually brought in equipment to pump the water into nearby construction zones.
