Police say an accident involving a bus in southwestern Pennsylvania sent almost two dozen people to hospitals, but no passengers were seriously injured. State police in Washington County say a sport utility vehicle heading west on Interstate 70 veered into the lane occupied by the bus just before 4:30 a.m. Sunday.
