Woman Struck By New York Giants Team Picture Claims Permanent, Severe Injuries

Scotch Plains woman has filed a lawsuit against MetLife Stadium and the New York Giants, saying she was injured when a large, framed picture of the sports team fell on her as she browsed a stadium gift shop for souvenirs. Laura Gallagher said in court papers she was a customer in the Giants Team Store on Sept. 14, 2014 when a large New York Giants picture frame "fell from a shelf and violently struck her," according to the suit filed last month in Bergen County Superior Court.
Gallagher, 53, claims she suffered severe, multiple and permanent injuries.
