A bus driver and four kids were taken to South Shore Hospital Tuesday afternoon after a school bus crashed into a home in Quincy, according to police. The Quincy Public Schools bus crashed into a home on Kidder Street after hitting an SUV, a fire hydrant, and a utility pole. No one was injured in the home, but there was structural damage done and the power was knocked out to several homes on the street. Thirty-two students and the driver were on the bus at the time of the crash, which happened around noon. The kids had been on their way home from a half-day of school at the Charles Bernazzani School.
