At least five people were injured after a suspected explosion and fire ripped through a gas station convenience store near Alaska’s Denali National Park on Sunday night. Crews believe a blast near a checkout counter inside the store touched off the blaze in Cantwell, Alaska State Trooper Sgt. Mike Roberts said. "The fire has fully engulfed the structure," Roberts told The Associated Press. He said that by late Sunday it appeared to be diminishing. The area around the Chevron station was cordoned off as a precaution against a gasoline or propane explosion.
