All lanes are back open after a tractor-trailer hit an overpass on the Inner Loop of Interstate 695, shearing off the top of the vehicle and causing a major backlog. WBAL-AMs Anne Kramer said at 2:30 p.m. Thursday that lanes had been reopened. The incident happened after noon on the Inner Loop in the Woodlawn area just prior to the exit for Interstate 70, where the truck driver struck the Crosby Road overpass. Maryland State Police told 11 News that the driver of the rig suffered minor injuries.
