Delaware fire officials say an accidental blaze at an apartment complex has forced 20 people from their homes in Ogletown. Chief Deputy State Fire Marshal Robert L. Fox says one person suffered smoke inhalation early Saturday at the Harbor Club apartments and was treated at Christiana Hospital. No one else was injured. Fox says the fire is believed to have been caused by a candle in a basement apartment. The blaze gutted that apartment, and there is smoke and water damage to other units in the three-story building. Damage is estimated at $150,000.
