Even before the COVID-19 pandemic upended their lives, workers were experiencing all kinds of disruption.

Industries from tech to insurance were focused on innovation, and employees were hit with endless change and high expectations.

Seventy-six percent of employees experience burnout on the job sometimes, and 28% say they feel burnt out ‘very often’ or ‘always’ when at work, according to a Gallup report.

As the pandemic introduces new stressors and overruns workplace mental health resources, it’s important for employers to ensure their employees are taking care of their mental as well as physical health.
