Company recalls 8.7 million pounds of meat
Monday, February 10th, 2014 Liability SubrogationA Northern California company is recalling more than 8.7 million pounds of beef products because it processed diseased animals without a full federal inspection.
Thats a whole years worth of meat processed by Petaluma-based Rancho Feeding Corp. The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service said Saturday that without the full inspection, the recalled products are unfit for human consumption.
