CSC Completes Merger With Mynd Corp
Thursday, December 28th, 2000 TechnologyEl Segundo, CA-based Computer Sciences Corporation said it has completed its acquisition of Mynd, formerly known as Policy Management Systems Corporation, through the merger of a CSC subsidiary into Mynd. CSC had previously acquired over 90 percent of the outstanding Mynd shares, pursuant to a tender offer, which expired on Dec. 20, 2000.
