Digital Signatures: A Sea Change For Insurers
Monday, September 11th, 2000 TechnologyParanoia is good, especially when it's widespread. If everyone were paranoid, no one would think you were paranoid. That’s what I started thinking about when I read the recent news that Congress approved, and President Bill Clinton signed, a bill giving digital signatures the same weight as physical ones. It's good news for business, and for all consumers.
