Documenting The Interview

Sunday, October 13th, 2002 Auto Fraud Liability Property Workers' Compensation

What constitutes an interview? An interview is a discussion about a specific subject, best conducted between two people, in which the purpose for the interviewer is to explore the subject matter and to gather accurate information. This leaves a lot of open ground and could incorporate almost any discussion between two people about almost any subject. We might speak with the clerk at the tax assessor’s office while researching property records, or to the bartender at a local nightclub as we seek to establish what time a patron left there the prior evening.
