A convenience store clerk is accused of causing $40,500 in damages to his Maserati sedan, two other vehicles and a utility pole during a Coral Springs crash that police say happened while the driver was intoxicated. Broward County Judge John "Jay" Hurley on Tuesday ordered Gobind Singh, 35, of Plantation, to not consume alcoholic beverages or drive. A relative tried to prevent Singh from leaving his Coral Springs home late Sunday night before Singh crashed his luxury car into a driveway on the 1600 block of NW 102 Way, according to Officer Stephen Wetherington’s police report.
