ETX attorney says West Fertilizer’s insurance won’t even cover his clients’ claims

Hundreds of people are still recovering from the deadly explosion last month at West Fertilizer. Tyler attorney Randy Roberts’ clients are some of them, "They lost everything from their clothing, to their personal effects, to their transportation … their whole life has been turned upside down." Roberts recently found out West Fertilizer only has $1 million in liability insurance.
