Family Seeks Justice After Tragic Allergic Reaction Death at Disney Restaurant

In a heartbreaking incident at Disney Springs, Kanokporn Tangsuan, a 42-year-old family medicine doctor from New York, suffered a fatal allergic reaction after dining at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant. Despite assurances from the waitstaff about the allergen-free nature of her meal, Tangsuan experienced severe anaphylaxis shortly after eating.

The lawsuit filed by her husband, Jeffrey Piccolo, in Orange County, Florida, alleges negligence on the part of the restaurant and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts for failing to ensure the safety of the food served to Tangsuan, who had severe allergies to dairy and nuts. The tragic event has prompted Piccolo to seek damages exceeding $50,000, aiming not only for compensation but also to prevent such a devastating occurrence from happening to another family.
