Chris Walters
President & Editor
Chris Walters is President of Claims Pages and has led the publication for two decades—from web developer to senior engineer, VP of Operations, and President. He has spent his career alongside the insurance claims industry, building and running the platforms claims professionals use every day. He guided Claims Pages through multiple ownership transitions and the shift from a print directory to a digital reference and news organization. Today he oversees product, publishing, and the daily news desk: selecting, editing, and contextualizing industry coverage so adjusters get a filtered view of what matters—not an unedited firehose.
