IIAA, AICPCU/IIA Enhance CSR Courses

The Independent Insurance Agents of America has formed an alliance with the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and the Insurance Institute of America to improve the quality and delivery of IIAA's Accredited Customer Service Representative program. "Our main goal is to take the program to another level," said Chris Amrhein, vice president of industry affairs for IIAA, based in Alexandria, Va. He explained that AICPU/IIA's experience with developing educational programs would help the partnership expand and enhance its offerings.
