Mitchell to buy Ingenix’s medical review business

Mitchell International Inc. on Wednesday said it has agreed to purchase Eden Prairie, Minn.-based Ingenix Inc.’s property/casualty medical bill review business. San Diego-based Mitchell said the purchase will boost its workers compensation business, which provides insurance payers with claims cost-containment technologies and services.
