More Assistance Needed For Victims of Texas Flood

More help could be coming to the Travis County flood victims. FEMA says they are in the area surveying the damage. They are working on a damage assessment for the state. From there, the state will decide whether to request a federal disaster declaration. Some homeowners say the recovery process is taking too long. Frank Garza, Citation Avenue resident, said “There’s nobody out here it’s like we’ve been forgotten, we’ve been pushed to the side.”
