Police have identified the two Syracuse police officers involved in a minor car crash Tuesday morning. The crash occurred at about 11:20 a.m. at the intersection of East Water and South Townsend streets. Officer Robert Harrington, 35, was driving a marked patrol car west on East Water Street when he ran a red light and hit an unmarked police vehicle. Sgt. Gary Bulinski, a police spokesman, said Harrington was distracted looking at his computer when the accident happened.
