The explosion happened just before 2 a.m. in the area of Bowens Loop Road in the Moreland community about an hour south of Lexington.

The fire was out by 7:15 a.m. At 8 a.m., officials said 5-7 people were still unaccounted for and the debris was still too hot to search.
