State Farm Rates Dangerous Intersections

With chic shops on both sides and palm trees evenly spaced on either side of the road, how could life be any better? Well, if you’re not careful, life might not get any worse. According to a State Farm Insurance top 10 list of the “Most Dangerous Intersections” in the United States, the corner of Wilshire Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard in Beverly Hills, Calif. is the fourth most dangerous in the land. “Our research department did the data crunching. We took 1998 claims on car accidents involving State Farm- covered cars and adjusted [the number] according to the percentage of State Farm covered cars in each area,” said Dick Luedke, a representative for Bloomington, Ill.-based State Farm.
