Teen Fatally Run Over After Crawling Under School Bus
Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 LiabilityPolice have identified the teenager who was fatally struck by a school bus in south St. Louis Monday afternoon. While the bus was dropping off children at the intersection of Keokuk and Virginia, police said, Joseph Bodle, 18, crawled under the bus and laid down in front of the left rear tire. Bodle sustained the fatal injuries when the bus began moving forward, running him over. Police said Bodle, was rushed to St. Louis University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The school bus that struck the teen remained on the scene.
