
The attorney for a Pennsylvania teen convicted of disorderly conduct for videotaping his alleged tormentors harassing him at school says the boys family will pursue a civil suit against the school district while appealing the judges ruling. Shea Love, the teens mother, told WXPI.com her son was bullied by fellow students at South Fayette High School and recorded the incident on his iPad. When school officials learned about the recording, they reportedly forced him to delete it.
