The New York Workers’ Comp Board Begins Acceptance Of Email Filing

The Workers’ Compensation Board now allows documents related to claims for compensation to be filed with the Board as email attachments. Documents related to non-claims matters may not be filed as email attachments. The following email address is to be used: wcbclaimsfiling@wcb.state.ny.us
