Tornadoes, storms strike DeKalb

Alabama Emergency Management Agency Director Brock Long visited DeKalb and Marshall counties Sunday morning to survey damage caused by thunderstorms and tornadoes. DeKalb EMA Director Mike Leath met with Brock and said that Brock flew over the damaged areas in an airplane. Leath said it was confirmed that a tornado touched down in Geraldine late Saturday night, causing "major damage."
