Tropical Storm Harvey Nears Bermuda

Bermuda warned its residents to expect strong winds early Thursday morning as Tropical Storm Harvey, the eighth named storm of the season, passed near the British island territory. Not much is expected from the storm expect heavy thunderstorms and winds, but as the storm neared the island early Thursday, Bermuda canceled a hurricane watch but maintained a tropical storm warning.
