Unlicensed adjusters coming to Kentucky must file state form

Companies sending unlicensed adjusters to Kentucky to assist with the large number of claims from the Sept. 13 and Sept.14 storms must complete state form 8307, according to the Kentucky Department of Insurance. The form must be completed by the insurer, not the individual adjuster or other entity.
