A busy winter season in Connecticut insurance claim filings

The winter weather has wreaked havoc on New Englanders’ commute this year, but it’s also been a problem for home owners and their insurance agencies. According to the Newport News, Connecticut State Farm agents have filed at least 200 weather-related insurance claims from local homeowners already. With the winter season still young, local insurance experts want to make sure their fellow residents aren’t victims of significant financial loss.
