RGA Leaders of Tomorrow Program Marks Decade of Mentorship Excellence

The International Insurance Society (IIS) proudly marks the 10-year anniversary of the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow mentorship program. This milestone will be celebrated at the 60th Global Insurance Forum, held at the Hyatt Regency Miami from Nov. 17-19, 2024. The event will feature an awards ceremony and a panel discussion with the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow class of 2024 and program alumni.

Sponsored by Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), the program supports promising insurance professionals through senior executive mentorship. Participants engage in strategic issue analysis, deepen their understanding of core business functions, and expand their global peer networks. Mentees also publish and present original papers, with one candidate receiving the prestigious RGA Leaders of Tomorrow Award. Additionally, three candidates will join the "Insights from Future Leaders on Industry Challenges and Opportunities" panel at the Forum.

The celebration at the Global Insurance Forum will honor the 2024 participants and highlight the program’s impact over the past decade. Distinguished industry leaders, mentors, and alumni will discuss the future of the insurance sector and the importance of nurturing new talent. The Forum will also feature insights from over 40 executives on topics such as ‘The Tech-Powered Risk Management Revolution,’ ‘Cyber Risk: Safeguarding in a Tech-Dominated Era,’ and ‘Visualizing the Future of Insurance.’
