2 Die After Helicopter Crashes On Test Flight In Texas
Two people were killed when a Bell Helicopter aircraft they were testing crashed in a rural area about 40 miles south of Dallas. A Federal Aviation Administration statement said the Bell 525 Relentless helicopter was destroyed in the accident Wednesday in Ellis County.

Authorities say a man died and three others were injured in an oil well explosion in western North Dakota. The McKenzie County Sheriffs Department says 52-year-old Johnny Stassinos of Rock Springs, Wyoming, died Saturday afternoon from injuries suffered that morning at a well site operated by XTO Energy Inc. near Watford City.

Drug Monitoring Programs Have Cut Opioid Prescriptions
