Construction Worker Buried In Trench Collapse Dies
A man who was buried when a trench collapsed in Minnetonka has died. The Hennepin County Medical Examiner says 48-year-old Jimmy Scott Klous of Onamia died at 11:16 a.m. Monday at Hennepin County Medical Center.

Two Maintenance Workers Killed In Dump Truck Accident
Two workers with a highway maintenance crew were struck and killed by a dump truck while working on Route 11 in Augusta County on Tuesday. The two workers, Felimon V. Aizpuro II, 38, of Staunton, Va., and Debbie S. Huffman, 50, of Port Republic, Va., both died at the scene, according to the Virginia State Police.

Authorities say a man died and three others were injured in an oil well explosion in western North Dakota. The McKenzie County Sheriffs Department says 52-year-old Johnny Stassinos of Rock Springs, Wyoming, died Saturday afternoon from injuries suffered that morning at a well site operated by XTO Energy Inc. near Watford City.
