NHC Unveils New Tropical Cyclone Forecast Graphic for Enhanced Wind Risk Communication

The National Hurricane Center (NHC) is set to launch an experimental tropical cyclone forecast cone graphic by August 15, 2024. This innovative graphic aims to better communicate wind risks associated with tropical storms and hurricanes by including inland watch and warning areas for the continental United States.
