Insurance companies have a right to compel claimants to be interviewed under oath, the states supreme court ruled today. The ruling reversed a lower court decision last year that said insurers have no such right because examinations under oath (EUOs) are not specifically written into the states no-fault law.

Colorado AG Charges Police Officer With Insurance Fraud, Theft
Silt police Cpl. Michael Taylor has been charged with insurance fraud and other financial crimes, Colorado Attorney General Cynthia H. Coffman said in a news release. Taylor was indicted by the Colorado Statewide Grand Jury on three counts of felony insurance fraud, three counts of felony forgery and three counts of felony theft.
