Sixteen people, and two cats, are without a home Tuesday evening after a fire tore through their apartment complex. The fire sparked just before 5:30 p.m. at Hunting Meadows apartments, near South Academy Boulevard and Chelton Boulevard in southeast Colorado Springs.
